Fabregas, a Barcelona player again (UPDATED!!)

Finally, one of the worse transfer sagas of the modern football game has come to end. I'm sure no one wants to read anymore about this, so all I'm saying is: Rumor has it, Fabregas will be on a flight to Barcelona later today to sign, and will be presented by the club tomorrow.

Fabregas has already been welcomed by Gerard Pique and Carles Puyol through the social network, twitter, and should rightfully expect a large attendance welcoming him into the Camp Nou come Saturday.

The transfer fee is reported to be in the £35 million range, excluding incentives. Now, the question is: Will Barcelona finally go after reinforcements for the position they actually do lack depth in? or will the Barcelona's defense remain vulnerable throughout this season?

UPDATE!
Reports suggest that Fabregas will more likely travel to Barcelona on Sunday, so that his arrival does not distract his team mates ahead of the Spanish Super Cup clash with Real Madrid.

UPDATE!! 14/082011
While it almost certain that Fabregas is coming to Barcelona this summer. Barcelona's Josep Guardiola however, stated in the pre super-cup press conference on Saturday that the agreement still remains verbal and that Cesc is not a Barcelona player yet.
However, Catalan papers El Mundo Deportivo and Sport both report that Fabregas is in Barcelona at the moment, and will be unveiled by Rosell as a Barcelona player on Monday.
